Camp SOAR Summer 2025 – Our 25th Anniversary!
CRT is committed to serving all children, regardless of their race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, or sexual orientation. We offer scholarships for individuals who require financial assistance. After your child has been accepted you will receive information to request a scholarship application.

How to Apply
Returning Campers
Camper applications for summer 2025 will be sent via email in December 2024. Spaces fill quickly, don’t wait to complete your child’s camper application. All returning age-appropriate campers on the waitlist will be automatically included on mailing lists for future years to receive applications.
If you are not receiving emails, please contact Sari Rieger as soon as possible to assure we have your current email address.
New Campers
New camper acceptance is a two-step process: an initial screening form followed by review of the completed application before acceptance is offered.
- The age range for our campers is 7-19 years old
- No fees are collected during the application process; it is free to apply for Camp SOAR
If you would like to apply for your child, request a Potential New Camper Screening Form below. Please note that completion of the Screening Form is not a guarantee you will receive an application for Camp SOAR. Camp SOAR staff will review the screening form and respond to you with next steps if your child is approved to apply. Note that not all applications are accepted to attend camp.
Acceptance
Acceptance into Camp SOAR is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to;
- Number of beds/rooms available at the camp
- Total number of counselors that apply
- Number of returning counselors that apply
- Number of previous years camper graduates
- Completion of all medical paperwork
- Our office receiving your camp fee by May 30th
- Behaviors and medical supports needed for campers compared to experience level of applied counselors
Camp SOAR Fees
The 2025 fee to attend Camp SOAR is $500 per camper. However, the actual cost to run camp is over $1300 per camper. This difference in the cost of a child’s camp experience is subsidized by donors. If you are able and would like to give more than the $500 fee, we are truly grateful for every dollar donated.
Full and partial scholarships are available and are awarded on need-based criteria. After your child has been accepted, you will receive information to request a scholarship application.
